At Diversity Speakers we are dedicated to working with colleges, universities, and non-profit organization to provide quality speakers for heritage month, luncheons, special events, and training workshops. Our company facilitates this success by providing expert diverse consultants/speakers on every subject. We provide development and evaluation of national and grassroots programs, diversity campaigns, coalition building, and diversity related trainings and ethnic specific issues. All training and program development is customized specifically to meet our client’s needs and mission.

We are committed to providing outreach and multi-cultural training at a low-cost to non-profit agencies as well as providing keynote speakers for luncheons and special events. At Diversity Speakers we offer workshops that non-profit agencies can offer to the community or partners and the registration cost will usually speakers honorarium and travel.

Betty Ramirez Swinners is the Owner/Chief Executive Officer of Diversity Speakers, she is a motivational speaker who has dedicated her life to sharing her story of success and survival to encourage others to believe in themselves. A survivor of abuse, she was raised as a homeless child, living in an abandoned house and is a survivor of abuse.

Betty is passionate and delivers powerful keynote addresses at conferences, luncheons and vigils for Colleges / Universities, Domestics Violence Agencies, Rape Crisis Centers and Women's Organizations.
